Reiki

A Return To Stillness And A Subtle Knowing

In a world that hums too loud and moves too fast, Reiki invites us to pause — to listen to the quiet rhythm beneath the noise. This gentle, hands-on energy work nourishes the nervous system and restores the flow of life force (Qi) within and around the body.

Rooted in the Usui lineage, Reiki is an ancient healing art that harmonizes the body, heart, and spirit. It is not something I do to you. It is something we co-create — an invitation to remember your innate capacity to heal, to feel, to connect deeply with your own intuitive wisdom.

As a Reiki Master and registered acupuncturist, I often weave Reiki into acupuncture or qigong-based sessions, depending on what your body and energy are calling for. Each treatment is attuned to your unique energetic landscape.

Reiki may feel like warmth, spaciousness, softening. Or perhaps a deep, luminous stillness. Children and adults alike often describe feeling more grounded, lighter, and profoundly at ease. It is especially supportive for those navigating:

    •    Emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or burnout

    •    Chronic stress and dysregulation of the nervous system

    •    Disconnection from intuition or inner knowing

    •    Fatigue or energetic depletion

    •    Times of transition, grief, or personal transformation

You don’t need to believe in energy for it to work. You only need a willingness to receive — to soften, to open, to be met exactly where you are.

This is a space where mystery meets medicine, where science bows to spirit, and where your body remembers what it means to be whole.
