As a Registered Acupuncturist, Reiki Master, and Psychosomatic Coach, I understand how overwhelming the world can feel when you’re highly attuned to it. For Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), emotional energy often runs deep — processing it through the mind alone can feel exhausting or incomplete.

 

That’s why I offer the Emotional Liberation Method™: a safe, somatic approach to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and process emotions in a way that honours your sensitivity — not overwhelms it.

The Emotional Liberation Method™ is a trauma-informed, somatic therapy tool designed to help sensitive individuals gently access and release stored emotional patterns. It draws on body awareness, mindful breath, intuitive dialogue, and subtle energetic support to help you feel grounded, clear, and empowered.

 

Rather than “fixing” anything, this work invites you to listen deeply to what your body has been holding.

Each session unfolds at your pace, in a space where you are seen and supported without pressure to perform or push. Together, we’ll:

    •    Use breath and presence to move emotional energy gently
